Jon’s 2008 post says this Swedish stapler handles 20 sheets with 6 mm staples, or 50 with 8 mm. Here, use the shortest cartridge that can comfortably handle your bundle.

The press percentages and alignment tolerance are playful inventions, not manufacturer specifications. Sound is off until you enable it.
